My involvement in ELN's Lasombra Chronicles will probably be limited to writing a few chapters, possibly some advice on running chapters separately from the series as a whole and some proofing. Mostly this is because it looks like there will be a High Concept story-arc to the series, concerning elders and Antediluvians and a threat to the entire world. There isn't a handy deus ex machina in the current outline, which is refreshing, but essentially it's not a style of Vampire I prefer.

Robin Laws talks about his vision of Iron Man here. It sounds like an interesting writeup of the inventor hero ideal.

I wonder what JM Straczynski is doing with Dr. Strange.

Actually, I don't. I have a dozen solid storylines for a sardonic occult investigator which I'm sure will turn up somewhere. We'll see, I suppose. They don't really fit the action-heavy tone of 2000AD, Britain's sole bastion of genre comics, really feeling more like twenty-two pages in one issue, not six per week. If nowhere else, they'll turn up in gaming.

At least one of us got a response from ELN, and I'm glad it was one of the good guys. Who else is already in the project?

I'm on the forum for it, if that counts.

Yeah, I'll probably be skipping the major Antediluvian Plot stuff. But anything set in Milan or Venice or whatever I'm stealing. Maybe the Mexico City story too. And damnit I'm going to sneak in a Children's Crusade story some way or another...

OK, so Craig could get the British Isles, you would split New Orleans with Da Baron (not to mention the Papal States - ask Myranda and JanetT for help on these), and I'd be glad to get Rio.

I'm really looking forward for these.

Sorry for the delayed response, been a busy couple of days. Apart from Shawn, there are a few ELNites I don't really know otherwise. One Araquel suggested the basic form of the story arc.

Araquel is Gavin Bennet, co author of Midnight Seige and DA:Werewolf (and some other stuff IIRC)
