Up a bit, down a bit... FIRE!
Mar. 2nd, 2006 07:27 pmMirrorMask is indeed opening in the UK tomorrow. In Edinburgh it's in one cinema.
And not the one where it had its UK premiere.
Ah well.
In related news,
innocent_man has declared me teh awesome for several minutes' worth of Photshopping involving MirrorMask's predecessor Labyrinth.

MirrorMask with Dave McKean
Aug. 19th, 2005 10:13 pmLooks like I knew about a quarter of those attending, all told. I sat with sasori and urbankat.
Mr. McKean looked rather nervous to be showing MirrorMask to an audience, and was very self-deprecating throughout the Q&A afterwards, and very pleased when people said good things about the film.
Including me. Many good things. It's spectacular, funny and touching, witty, creepy and uplifting.
( A transcript, from memory, with a teensy bit of spoiler for ten minutes in )
