The creative process at work
Apr. 4th, 2003 07:26 pmThis week I've been proofing a book proposal and sample chapter of my brother's. It's for a tweens to early teens fantasy adventure to be aimed at a new imprint of a big publishing house, and it's intended to be fun and, better yet, marketable.
He having found this interesting niche in the market, I've naturally started thinking about what I could do there myself.
This while juggling another book proposal (this one less a shot in the dark but also less likely to lead to fortune and glory if it goes ahead), a Nocturnis writing project, the attempt to nail players down for the Gamma World playtest, and more.
The inked letters on some of the keys on this keyboard are getting rather faint...
