GEAS 2006-7
Sep. 17th, 2006 11:51 pm... started with a slight backlog of people getting their cards.
I got surprising enthusiasm for Serenity (six) rather than Buffy (... one) and it was genuine bouncy Browncoat enthusiasm at that. There was the quiet brand-new player who was more attracted by the simplicity of the system, and I did my best to keep her involved, but I dunno. And then I played a comedy in the Aliens universe alongside my own Buffy player.
I may have to try an afternoon game this semester again.
Assuming the gits who decided that the day was for campaign chargen and player gazumping despite all evidence to the contrary haven't mopped up all available players.
They have put a bar in Teviot Library. And I mean literally put a bar in - they've stuck it down to the wall below the windows, and done a bit of cladding, and that's it. It looks like someone made an unwise decoration decision on their library playset. Bloody horrible.
The Meadow is really quite small when you can't colonise upstairs.
