Seriously, you don't think RTD has a tiny teensy Christ figure thing going on with the Doctor (and to a lesser extent Jack)?

It's the only real reason that I am glad he's stepping aside in favour of Moffat as I hate myself for yelling "Oh f--k off Russell!" when you get things like the Doctor's transformation from Dobby to glowing messiah.

Last night was good I thought, although as secret code for "Kill everyone" I think they could have picked a better method than that... I mean, you could cause a massacre with a malfunctioning office printer :)

I like it for many of the same reasons I liked primeval, it's agreeable hokum and it has its' moments. I think it's got a bit too RTD for me as it's gone on and John Barrowman has gotten more... (struggles for adjective)... well, more John Barrowman.

It is best enjoyed with a large malibu or something similarly ethanolicious :)

I definitely think slipping some bromide into past writers tea might have helped a bit :)

So, it's back on is it? Maybe have to go download it, since we're in the summer schedule here, i.e. there's absolutely nothing on at all. I mean seriously, when all you can find are reruns of What not to wear, it's time to go outside! ;)
