Do you expect me talk?

1. Give us five words which you think best describe how others see you, and what the heck, another (or the same) five words which you feel describe you.

Sarcastic, creative, useless, hefty, mad.
Nervous, occasionally creative, helpful, dense.

2. Do you have a long-term plan for your life, and, if so, what steps are you currently taking to progress that plan?

In the words of my patron saint, Jones of Indiana, "I dunno, I'm making this up as I go."

There are things I'd like to do, and am working towards, but there are other issues that crop up as I go along and that I need to address as and when.

3. You've mentioned before that you've had problems with depression in the past. Do you feel that your depression sprang from your external stimulus, internal problems, or a combination of both?

Hey! Serious question! Is that allowed?

A combination of both. There are a whole bunch of clinical depressives in my ancestry, and it all came out due to a life event.

4. What, if any, religious or theosophical beliefs do you have, and what do you base these beliefs (or lack thereof) on?

I want to believe that there's something more to our existence than random chance - I hope that we're too complex and rich to be a one-time deal. But since I won't find out until it's too late, I'll stick to the basic tenets of humanism (most of which are shared with Christianity) and do good by others as far as I can.

5. As a player, what role-playing game would you most like to play, and which game would you most like to run (and if the answer to either is a White Wolf game, what non-"Angsty Goths In Love" game would you pick)?

Somewhat inevitably, I run games I'd love to play...

I'd love a shot at playing a Buffy game as character-heavy, involved and far-ranging as The Watch House has become, more through luck than judgement on my part.

I'd also want to play full-on Nazi-flattening chaotic Adventure! but, equally, I'd like a chance at a game of Vampire as grim as the design intended.

As for running... well, one always has ideas. TWH lets me throw in a lot of them because it's a very kitchen-sink setting, but there are still some that don't fit due to tone. I'd like to do a 'caper' game without fight scenes, for instance, or a Star Wars game with vast amounts of lightsabres and explosions, or a Trinity series looking at the politics of a space colony on the verge of revolution, or...

LJ interview meme continues. Ask me stuff! Gwan!
